(Drawing Of Mammoth cave, KY)
So I will not be around fro the next couple of days, off to vacation in KY to experience some of the best America has to offer. First a dose of natural wonder at Mammoth Cave National Park. After that we will sample one of the finest purely American creations at the Kentucky Bourbon Festival! There probably will not be any more posts here until Sunday at the earliest, but check here fora random photo or two during the course of the week. That said expect a lot of good stuff here when I get back!

9/11

In the Months and Years since this tragedy has befallen upon my home country, all kinds of politics and personal opinions have gotten in the way of the most important facts. On this day of remembrance I want to bring to the forefront what I feel is the one thing that should never be forgotten. God Bless the men and women on the NYPD & FDNY ( and in a larger sense any FD or PD) that put their lives on the line every day to keep us all safe. These are some incredible people, and humble, saying that it is just their job. Well I say that you cannot compliment these people enough. I move we that if we make 9/11 a holiday or a day of rememberance that it should be on to remember all the hard work Policemen and Firemen do every day, and how selfless they can be in trying to keep us safe, as embodied so memorable by those NYPD and FDNY on that horrible day. Surely this is something worth remembering.

Jeebus Made A Movie!

It seems our boy Jeebus has been hiding an inner thespian. Him and his pal Captain Crash, the other two thirds of our occasionally (and always loosely) collaborative effort, The Beaner Blog, wandered around LA while Jeebus reflected on life and love during his short time on this earth. A Little rough around the edges maybe, it shows promise and is worth a viewing. I hope they keep up the work and look forward to what the have next in store.
